A 45-minute weight training session using a variety of equipment and techniques to keep things challenging and fun. Focus will be on what matters most to you, with support to help you achieve lasting results.

Initial PT Session &
6-Week Written Programme

Start your fitness journey with a 45-minute session to assess your goals and demonstrate movements. You’ll then receive a personalised 6-week training plan so you can continue making steady progress independently.

Online PT Session

A 40 minute online session, perfectly suited for your busy lifestyle. We’ll work together to achieve your fitness goals all in the comfort of your own space.  Making you feel successful, even when you’re short on time.

Deadlift Session

A 45-minute session focused on improving deadlift technique and strength, suitable for all skill levels, including complete beginners who want to learn to deadlift. You’ll finish feeling strong and confident.

Stretch & Mobility Session

A 45-minute session combining dynamic and static stretching to improve flexibility and mobility. Perfect for all fitness levels, it helps you feel relaxed by releasing tightness and improving movement.

About me

Consistency gets results

I started teaching fitness classes in the local community many years ago and absolutely loved the atmosphere of teaching to a group. Working part-time around my young family really suited me, I had a job I enjoyed along with the added bonus of keeping myself fit at the same time.

When the leisure centres closed due to Covid I was forced to rethink my career and decided to become a personal trainer and start my own business.

newbodyfitness opened during the uncertain times of the pandemic which enabled me to help clients continue with their training or guide those starting a fitness journey. I’m pleased to say my diary is always busy and the business is growing.
